IPC APEX EXPO 2026 – Learning Lounge | March 17–19, 2026 | Anaheim, CA
IPC invites professionals, educators, trainers, and industry leaders to submit presentation proposals for the Workforce Training & Certification Track, held in the Learning Lounge on the show floor at IPC APEX EXPO 2026.
This track focuses on the strategies, tools, and best practices that support training, certification, and workforce development in the electronics manufacturing industry. If you're involved in preparing, upskilling, or certifying the next generation of electronics professionals, we want to hear from you.
Topics of Interest Include (but are not limited to):
- Instructional design for technical content
- Training effectiveness & learning retention
- Technology in workforce development
- Exam prep & assessment design
- Trainer readiness
- Apprenticeship programs
- Business alignment & ROI
Presentations should provide practical takeaways, evidence-based insights, and innovative ideas that attendees can apply in their own training environments.
Who Should Submit:
Corporate trainers, instructional designers, educators, standards developers, workforce development professionals, HR and L&D leaders, and anyone advancing training in electronics manufacturing.

- Format: 30–60-minute presentations with optional Q&A
- Audience: Electronics industry professionals involved in workforce training, education, and certification
