IPC APEX EXPO 2024 – What’s New
We’re excited to welcome you to IPC APEX EXPO 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. Here are some things to keep in mind as you begin preparations for your participation in our new city and venue.
Hotels
IPC has once again partnered with onPeak as the official housing bureau for IPC APEX EXPO. As a reminder, onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by IPC APEX EXPO 2024. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management. Reserve your hotels rooms prior to March 18, 2024 to be eligible for discounted rates.
Attendee Perks Pass
Deals and discounts await for IPC APEX EXPO attendees throughout Anaheim and Orange County. Save on tickets to Disneyland!
IPC APEX EXPO attendees will receive a link to discounted Disneyland® Resort Theme Park tickets in their registration confirmation. (Registration opening end of October 2023).
These specially priced tickets are for sale only to individuals attending the event for use only by event attendees and their travel party during their stay. Each event attendee (with a registration confirmation) may purchase up to six (6) tickets from this ticket store. Disney reserves the right to contact the ticket purchaser to request that the ticket purchaser provide their event registration confirmation. If it is discovered that the ticket purchaser is not participating in or attending the event, it will be considered a violation of the ticket store terms and conditions, and the ticket(s) will be de-activated and will not be eligible for a refund. To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) need both valid admission and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park they want to visit. Park reservations are limited in number, subject to the availability of park reservations allocated to park tickets as determined by Disney, and theme park capacity; and are not guaranteed. Additional restrictions apply.

Cashless Transactions
The ACC accepts only credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at locations that require payment, such as parking and food stand locations to minimize physical contact.
Fire Regulations
Drapes, curtains, banners, decorative material, registration counters, booths, tents or canopies, and hard walls, etc., shall be flame retardant. Furniture with foam shall meet TB 117 flame retardant requirements. Proof shall be submitted to Anaheim Fire & Rescue.
Booth Requirements

All exhibit booths shall be constructed with non-combustible or limited-combustible materials. Wood booths must be ¼ inch thick or greater. Covered ceiling structures or enclosed rooms, including tents or canopies shall have one smoke detector placed on the ceiling for every 900 square feet. Electrical
There are 12 load centers located on the catwalks: (8) have 2-100 amp, 1-200 amp 277/480 volt services and 2-100 amp, 1-200 amp 120/208 services, (4) have 2-200 amp 277/480 volt and 3-100 amp, 4-200 amp, 120/208 volt services with cam- locks. Each column has a 50-amp qual-ark receptacle.
Compressed Air
Complete heavy duty compressed air piping systems are available in the exhibit halls serviced from overhead catwalks through plugged ballcock outlets in each hall, located at each roof support column head. Capped outlets in each column (near the floor level) are available.
Move in Deadline (plan your travel accordingly)
All booths must be occupied and completely set up by 5:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2024. Exceptions will be granted providing advance notification is sent to KimDiCianni@ipc.org. If notification of late move-in is not submitted in advance of move-in and space is not completely set by 5:00pm on Monday, April 8, 2024 the space will be considered abandoned, and Show Management will repurpose the space as they see fit.
