Start a Booth Contract

IPC is committed to exceptional exhibitor service. As an exhibitor, a benefit of partnering with IPC is the marketing support you receive—both pre– and post show. We implement an integrated marketing campaign starting in September and consistently runs up to the show date including but not limited to: conference brochure & directory, Your Invitation to Innovation special invites, e-mail blasts, social media development, Web banners and other advertisements. All designed to help you gain exposure at your booth!

Step 3: Create exhibitor profile and order badges.

* IPC APEX EXPO is a co-located event with dedicated areas on the show floor. Your booth choices must be in the portion of the show for which your company qualifies:

  • IPC APEX (Electronics Assembly): TBD
  • IPC EXPO (Suppliers to Bare Board Manufacturing): TBD

Booth Space Rates

Up to April 10, 2020 After April 10, 2020
$25.00 per square foot, IPC Member rate $30.00 per square foot, IPC Member rate
$40.00 per square foot, Non-member rate $45.00 per square foot, Non-member rate
Payment Schedule
After September 11, 2020, full payment must accompany contract in order for a booth to be secured.
