Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Notification

Exhibitors must submit notification of any and all organizations, other than those designated as official contractors, who are proposed for the performance of any services for the exhibitor. All Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) labor must be pre-approved by Show Management.

This form must be completed by the exhibiting company – no other documentation including documentation from contractors will be accepted.

All Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, regardless of services offered, are required to submit an original Certificate of Insurance to IPC Show Management by February 1, 2021. Admission to the show floor will be denied if a Certificate of Insurance is not on file.

The Exhibitor Appointed Contractor must furnish Show Management with the names of all on-site employees who will be working on the exposition floor and see that they have and wear at all times necessary identification as determined by Show Management.
