Save time on-site, and register your booth personnel online!

It is important to follow the instructions below for registering your booth personnel. If you close out of the registration system prematurely, your changes or additions will not be saved.

  • Select your company name from the drop down menu of the registration page.
  • Enter your Company ID number.
  • Select "Log in" to gain access to your company's secure registration page.
  • Type in how you would like your company name to appear on the badges.  You will only be asked this the first time you log in.  
  • Select submit and continue
  • Return to the main menu.
  • Review the information on the registration home page, and follow the additional instructions below.

To Register Booth Staff:

  • Select your company name from the drop down menu of the registration page.
  • Enter your Company ID number.
  • Select "Log in" to gain access to your company's secure registration page.

Step 1: Review 2017 Booth Personnel

  • Review the list of staff that your company registered for last year's event.
  • Select the individuals you wish to register for this year's event, by checking the box to the left of each name.
  • Select "Add Selected Names to 2018 Exhibitor Staff List Now," and continue to the next section to add additional booth staff.

Step 2: Add Additional Booth Personnel

  • Select "Register Exhibitor Personnel"
  • Enter the contact information for each individual.
  • Once the information is entered, select "Save Exhibitor"
  • This will bring you to the main page where you will see the names that have been entered. On this page you will have the option to update, delete or resend confirmations.
  • If an e-mail address was provided for each individual during the registration process, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
  • Repeat this process until all exhibitor personnel have been entered.

To Register for Your Complimentary Conference Registration:

Each exhibiting company is entitled to a complimentary Full-Conference registration. Use this valuable registration for your own staff; or better yet, offer it to your very important customer. Register online or on-site and get connected with the latest technologies available to the industry.

  • Log in to your company's secure registration page.
  • Select "Register Complimentary Conference".
  • Enter the name, title and e-mail of the individual.
  • Once you have entered all required information, select "Save Exhibitor".
  • This will bring you back to the main page where you will see all registered exhibitor booth personnel.

You may give your company's conference registration to a VIP Customer, simply by contacting Kim DiCianni at KimDiCianni@ipc.org.

Who Needs a Badge?

Exhibitors must register all booth staff - no one is automatically registered.  All exhibitor booth personnel are required to wear the current show-issued badge to gain entrance to the show floor, and it must be visible at all times while in the exhibit hall.

If any booth staff is independent sales representatives, they must be pre-registered online through the exhibiting company's record. If representatives are not pre-registered, an exhibiting company representative must accompany them to the Exhibitor Registration Desk on-site in order for them to receive an exhibitor badge. Badges issued to sales representatives will have the exhibiting company name on the badge, not the representative's company name.  Do not register your customers as booth staff. Attendee registration is easily accessed both online and on-site.

If you are using the services of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to install your exhibit, do not register EAC personnel as booth staff.  Exhibitors are however, required to notify show management of their intention to utilize an independent contractor by completing the EAC Notification form no later than January 26, 2018.

On-Site Information

Badges will not be mailed prior to the event but can be picked up beginning Sunday, February 12 at the exhibitor registration desks located in the front of the hall.

Wrist bands will be distributed to exhibitors prior to registration opening. Once exhibitor registration opens, badges will be required to gain access to the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors will be allowed to access the exhibit hall during the following hours.

If admittance to the exhibit floor is required at any other time other than those listed above, permission must be obtained from Show Management by completing a Special Work permit. Special Works can be obtained at Exhibitor Registration or in the Show Sales Office.

*Targeted move-in dates/times have been assigned to all exhibitors. Please refer to the target move-in Map included in the exhibitor manual. Once the manual is live it will link right to the manual on Shepard’s site) for the date and time that has been assigned to your booth.

The targeted move-in dates/times are for the move-in of your freight; your presence is not required for unloading. You are encouraged to, but not required to, start setting your display on the target date.

Please note:
All booths must be occupied and completely set up by 5:00 pm on Monday, February 26, 2018. Shepard Exposition Services is authorized to "force set" any display that was delivered but not set up at this time at the exhibitor's expense. If exhibit space is not occupied by 5:00 pm on Monday, February 26, 2018the space may be possessed by Show Management for such purposes as they see fit. Exhibitor will be billed for expenses incurred by IPC Show Management to carpet unoccupied space as a result of default in occupancy.
