What's new in 2012?
Wireless Internet
The exhibit halls will not be equipped with free wireless internet in San Diego. If you require an internet connection or internet access from you booth, please order it through Smart City Networks. Their order form can be found in the exhibitor service manual within the "additional services" section.
New Products Zone is replacing the Innovative Technology Center
Is your company displaying a new product or announcing a new service at the show? Promote it through the New Products Zone on a custom designed display board at the show. The New Products Zone will be located in the upper level exhibit hall. 80% of attendees say one of the main reasons they attend the event is to see new products and services. My APEX EXPO Planner
My APEX EXPO Planner is an online tool to help connect attendees and exhibitors before the show even begins! Your company is already a part of this valuable marketing tool through your active listing.
All information must be submitted through the My APEX EXPO Online Exhibit Hall by Thursday, December 29, 2011 in order to be included in the printed Show Directory. This includes your company's address, website, 80 word description and sales contacts. Update your listing today!
Be sure to take advantage of all the free marketing benefits in the new My APEX EXPO. Add your video presentations, highlight new products and services, schedule demonstrations, track appointments, make connections and much, much, more!
The new Appointment Calendar feature allows attendees to request appointments with you at the event.
In order to receive these requests, you must opt in within your profile. If you do not OPT IN attendees will receive a message that you are not accepting appointments for the show.
Beware of Imposters!
Please be aware of companies or vendors that may pose as being associated with IPC APEX EXPO. Only the official event contractors for IPC APEX EXPO will have the official event contractor logo on their materials. If they don't have the logo, they are not associated with IPC APEX EXPO and you should use caution if you decide to use their services.
Using vendors that are not one of the official event contractors may have hidden costs (material handling, labor and waiting time charges for carriers are not be included in their pricing; therefore, you may end up with unexpected charges at the end of the show). Also these vendors do not have representatives on-site at the event so there's no one to assist you if you have a problem with their product/service.
