Exhibitors have the opportunity to donate usable materials left over from IPC APEX EXPO to local non-profit groups. You can designate a local non-profit organization or the convention center staff can help you find one. The convention center staff serves as the liaison between exhibitors and the local non-profit organization, arranging all of the logistics for the donated items including pick-up and best of all, all donations are tax deductible!
These are some of the items that have been donated in the past: carpet, chairs, convention bags, binders & books, pens & pencils, food & beverage and notebooks.
