Online Space Selection
Online Space Selection will take place May 22 – 24, 2012 for companies that secured booth space by April 6, 2012.
What do I do now?
STEP 1 REVIEW THE SPACE SELECTION SCHEDULE
Times listed on the schedule are Central Daylight Time (Chicago). Visit the World Time Server to convert your time zone.
An IPC representative will call your company’s main contact (as designated on the contract submitted by your company) on your designated day and time to select your booth space for the 2013 event. Booth space selection times are based on lottery and cannot be changed. If IPC is unable to reach you during your assigned time period, IPC reserves the right to assign your company’s space according to contract specifications, based on availability at that time.

Please refer to the LIVE FLOOR PLAN to view the most current booth availability during your selection time period as the segmented (.pdf) floor plans will not be updated during the selection process.
STEP 3 SELECT YOUR BOOTH CHOICES
IPC APEX EXPO 2013 will be in Halls A thru D, ground level (all exhibits will be on one level)
IPC APEX EXPO is a co-located event with dedicated areas on the show floor. Your booth choices must be in the portion of the show for which your company qualifies:
|IPC APEX (Electronics Assembly)||Aisles 100 – 1600 and Aisles 2400 odd – 3300|
|IPC EXPO (Suppliers to Bare Board Manufacturing)||Aisles 1700 – 2300|
|Printed Electronics (Suppliers to Printed Electronics)||Aisle 2400|
STEP 4 GET ONLINE
Please be online at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time and have your choices ready in advance of IPC’s call. The live floor plan will be updated approximately every five minutes during the space selection hours. Please remember to hit “refresh” periodically to ensure you are viewing the most current and up to date floor plan.
If you are contracted for a 10’x20’ or 10’x30’ booth space, the appropriate number of vertically adjacent 10’x10’ booths can be combined for the proper configuration. Horizontal configurations, or “end-caps”, are not permitted.
Island booths will not be divided or combined during space selection. Companies may not increase or decrease from their contracted booth size until after Online Space Selection.
Booth Change Request Form
A Booth Change Request Form must be submitted by companies who wish to be placed on a waiting list for a potential booth relocation or for companies who wish to increase or decrease from the originally contracted booth size.
Please be patient, as not all changes can be made immediately. You will be contacted by a member of the sales team as soon as your request can be accommodated.
