IPC’s rate is available until March 3, 2014 or until all rooms are filled.
Through our new official housing partner, onPeak, you can reserve your room without paying anything upfront (onPeak only needs your credit card as a guarantee) and their flexible reservation policies make it easy for you to make changes

onPeak is the only official housing provider associated with IPC. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences. IPC and onPeak work hard to negotiate the best rates at our official hotels, and to provide you with a secure booking process. Therefore, we encourage everyone to book rooms through IPC and onPeak. - Additional rates may apply for more than 2 adults in a room.
- Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include occupancy tax, currently 12%, or any other related taxes or fees.
- Rooms at the IPC rate are available on a first come, first served basis.
- The daily resort fee has been discounted for guests reserving at the IPC rate to $15 plus tax, reduced from $25. The fee includes in-room wireless internet, cardio center access, boarding pass printing, daily newspaper and free local calls.
Credit Card for Guarantee:
A credit card guarantee is required at the time your reservation is made. Credit cards must be valid through April 2014. Your credit card may be charged by your hotel any time between March 3rd and 48 hours prior to your arrival in the amount of one night’s room & tax deposit for each room reserved. This deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations received within 48 hours of your arrival.
