HOTEL ROOM SOLICITATION: You may be contacted by housing companies claiming to be the official IPC housing group. IPC's official hotel provider is Experient and they will not contact you directly without you first making contact. IPC works to negotiate the best rates for the most convenient hotels for our event and to provide you a secure booking process. We encourage everyone to book rooms through the IPC block. |
Reservation Information
Please Note:
- Additional rates may apply for more than 2 adults in a room.
- Rates are in U.S. dollars and do not include occupancy tax or other related taxes or fees. For more information click on the hotel name above.
- Rooms at the IPC rate are available on a first come, first served basis.
Credit Card for Guarantee:
A credit card guarantee is required at the time your reservation is made. Credit cards must be valid through February 2013. Your credit card may be charged by your hotel any time between January 28 and 48 hours prior to your arrival in the amount of one night's room & tax deposit for each room reserved. This deposit will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservation forms will not be processed without valid guarantee information.
Changes/Cancellations:
Hotel changes & cancellations on or before 5pm CT on January 25, 2013 may be made online, faxed to +1 847-996-5401 or emailed to ipc@experient-inc.com (for attendees) or ipcexh@experient-inc.com (for exhibitors). After February 1, all changes must be made with the hotel directly.
